I teach at a variety of studio locations around Brisbane as well as offering online live stream options (by appiontment).

Thursday 6.00 - 7.00am ~ Aligned Vinyasa

Aligned Vinyasa ~ Energetically moving through different yoga poses with the breath. Builds and improves your strength, balance and flexibility. Calm the mind and become more present as you focus on and move with the breath. Sequencing and class will vary depending on the instructor and their own unique and special style.
Vinyasa Flow ~ Energetically moving through different yoga poses with the breath. Builds and improves your strength, balance and flexibility. Calm the mind and become more present as you focus on and move with the breath. Sequencing and class will vary depending on the instructor and their own unique and special style.
YinRest ~ Slow and deep stretches taking your body to the next level of release helping you find balance, stability and flexibility. The antidote to our fast paced, busy lifestyles. All levels welcome.
Restorative Yoga ~ A nurturing, peaceful and grounding practice promoting deep relaxation. Restore your natural ability to relax, by calming your body and mind.
Expect a limited number of seated and supine yoga poses for extended periods of time. You’ll be expertly guided and completely supported by your yoga props (blankets, blocks, bolsters) to facilitate deep relaxation. Please note, there is no stretching in this class, just relaxing. 
All levels welcome.

Saturday 9.00 - 10.15am ~ Vinyasa Flow

Yin ~ A deep meditative stretch with long holds in the poses targeting the connective tissues and promoting the flow of chi (energy) throughout the body. All levels.
Vinyasa Flow ~ Fluid and flowing in style, connecting movement with the breath and leaving you energised and glowing. Some yoga experience is recommended.
Rise & Shine ~ An energising vinyasa style flow to start your day. Some yoga experience is recommended.
Intermediate Vinyasa (Level 2) ~ A stronger flow class suitable for intermediate students or those seeking a more dynamic style of practice to build strength and stamina as well as flexibility. Be prepared to be challenged and bring an open mind and a sense of humour!
Mat Pilates ~ A fun and challenging whole body workout with a focus on core awareness.

Yoga Play ~ A modern day practice of yoga asana (poses) – Power yoga is a strong vinyasa style, moving more quickly between poses than other styles.
Aerial Flow ~ Also referred to as AntiGravity Yoga – Come experience the joy of flight with Aerial Yoga’s zero compression inversions – great for spinal health, flexibility, strength, mindfulness and playfulness.
Floating Meditation ~ This is a free class - bookings are a must! Be rocked sweetly into a state of absolute bliss all while being guided through a delicious meditation. All levels welcome.
